Important Note on Fitting
If you're under 21, your feet are still developing, and the size and strength of your pointe shoes may need to change too. That's why experts recommend you visit a professional pointe shoe fitter every time you buy a new pair of pointe shoes.
But I know it's not always as easy as that! When I was a young dancer, my nearest ballet shop was miles away - and it didn't even have a trained fitter.
I know many dancers today face the same problem. If you live in the country, or even a small town, chances are your local ballet store will just look up a size chart and order whatever pointe shoe brand they usually sell - with no regard for your foot shape.
If that's your only option, you could do just as well - and perhaps better and cheaper - doing it yourself online.
That's why we try to provide as much information as possible on sizing and other features for all pointe shoe brands, to help dancers who have to buy pointe shoes online.
However, please bear in mind that our fitting information is of a general nature, and as it's impractical for us to constantly re-test every make of point shoe, we rely on pointe shoe makers to provide up-to-date information.
Finally, because individual feet have so many subtle variations in size and shape, it's impossible to guarantee any shoe purchased through this site will be a perfect fit. There's simply no substitute for trying on a pair of pointe shoes!
